Some people are having problems accessing this website if they are on the BT network for their wifi; no other providers appear to have the same issue.
If you know someone who is having this issue and they haven't yet seen this message please pass on the information.
Our technical people have advised us the problem is BT has not resolved an ongoing issue at their end with their DNS (domain name system).
The DNS is the phonebook of the Internet that contains all the relevant records that point to a website. As BT is not finding these records they are unable to display this website on your BT network. Our technical support people have contacted BT to make them aware but can do nothing more at this stage.
In the meantime anyone affected can resolve this proactively by pointing your laptop or device towards the Google DNS.
Visit this page and follow the instructions you will find there (alongside clear pictures) to do this.
This workaround has been tested and does resolve the problem. If you still have issues after following the process outlined please speak to your own provider directly as it may be a local issue you are having.
