This year's Children’s Ministry Conference will again be taking place at the Barton Manor Hotel near Preston on February 24 and 25.
The theme for the conference this time is ‘In Your Hands’.
This comes from the familiar notion that the future is in our hands, but as Christians we fix our eyes on Jesus and say: “We put ourselves in your hands. Use us to make a difference in the world, for your glory."
The conference is for anyone with an interest in children’s ministry and will be focusing on what that God-shaped difference looks like; not only as we nurture children in faith, but also through helping children to look through the lens of a relationship with Jesus as we tackle the environmental and social issues that exist in our world today.
There will be some fantastic keynote speakers and workshop leaders lined up to guide us through the day, including Lucy Moore, Head of The Church of England Growing Faith Foundation; Susie McGibbon from Transforming Lives for Good and our very own Bishop Philip North.
There are still places available so join in for a day of encouragement, equipping, challenge and inspiration.
