Bible workshop: The message of 2 Corinthians
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness
2 Cor 12:9

Come and hear the message of 2 Corinthians and be encouraged and equipped for your work as a Christian in the local church.

The speaker Jonathan Lamb, is a writer and teacher and minister-at-large for Keswick Ministries. He has worked in local church ministry and globally with IFES. He then served as Director of Langham Preaching, an initiative which encourages pastors and lay preachers in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe, before becoming the CEO for Keswick Ministries. Today he is often to be found teaching and training at events in the UK and further afield.

Jonathan is the author of several books, the most recent of which are ‘Essentially One: striving for the unity God loves’ (IVP) and ‘Growing Healthy churches’ (Partnership Publications).  After many years in Oxford, Jonathan and Margaret recently moved to Shropshire, to join their family in working in two small parish churches near Oswestry.

Parking: We suggest the car park at Wheatsheaf Way, Poulton, FY6 7TB (5 mins walk away) where the all-day parking fee is £3.50.  There are some parking spaces at the venue which we will reserve for blue badge holders.  Please be aware that the well-known free car park at the nearby Booths supermarket is limited to 3 hours (not quite long enough!).

Registration: For planning purposes, please let us know if you and/or a group from your church plan to attend this free workshop.
