Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day 2022


For 2022 Remembrance Sunday is on November 13 and Armistice Day is on Friday, November 11. 

Rt Rev. Philip North, Acting Bishop of Blackburn and Rt Rev. Dr Jill Duff, Bishop of Lancaster, will be interviewed this Sunday on BBC Radio Lancashire on Joe Wilson's Sunday faith programme between 6am-10am and listen again after on BBC sounds here.

On this special page you will find links to news and information from The Church of England in Lancashire (Blackburn Diocese) to help you mark this year's time of Remembrance.

Parishes across the Diocese will also have special services taking place during this period that are open to all. You will be welcome.
