Renew 2026 Day Conference on Prayer - Lancaster St Thomas

Now in its third year, Renew is back — and we'd love your church to join us!

Churches across the area are invited to come together on Saturday 7 March, 2.30–9pm at St Thomas' Church, Lancaster, for a day of contemporary worship, prayer, seminars, a hot meal and an evening talk. This year we are gathering around the theme of prayer, as we sense God's call to build strong foundations that sustain us as we continue to share his love with others.

We are delighted to welcome Chris Lane, tutor at Emmanuel Theological College and church planter and leader of Langworthy Community Church, as our evening speaker. Chris will be sharing on the topic 'Hearing God Speak'.

The day will also feature seminars from a range of voices, including Debbie Green (author and freelance writer for Our Daily Bread and Blackburn Diocese), Pete Carrington (Pastor at City Church, Lancaster), Glyn Shentall and Sally Wawszczyk (leaders of the 'Be Still' contemplative prayer group at St Tees) and Chris Krawiec (Vicar at Morecambe Parish Church).

Whether you're looking to be renewed in your faith, equipped for ministry, or simply encouraged alongside fellow believers, you would be so welcome. We hope to see you there!
