Launched in 2023, 'Man Alive' is a Diocesan event that provides a great opportunity for men from across Lancashire to come together to hear inspiring stories of faith in men’s lives.
After the success of the first Man Alive (pictured right) it's back again this week - again at Blackburn Cathedral - on Thursday, June 6 at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
Man Alive provides an annual opportunity for men to be refreshed in their daily life and faith and to be inspired as godly men in their families, friendships, churches, work places and communities. It’s also a great event to bring men along to who have questions about faith and life.
Due to illness, planned speaker Mark Mitchell is now unable to attend. Your prayers are appreciated for a speedy recovery.
At the last minute two new contributors have stepped in to help all attending to think about men and faith in the workplace.
It may be that you have male friends who work in the fields of business or medicine and would be inspired to hear the contributions that Colin and Pete will make. Do consider inviting them to come and hear what they have to say. All are welcome.
Invite men from your church and community to join you at Man Alive 2024. More details, including how to book, all here. There is a poster to download but make sure you also share details in other ways including inviting people in person and via social media.
